Scranton, Pa.-based CPG International Inc. agreed to acquire TimberTech, a subsidiary of the Crane Group and manufacturer of decking, railing and accessory products.

CPG International is the parent company of AZEK Building Products, a leading manufacturer of premium, low-maintenance exterior products that includes decking, railing, porch boards, trim, moldings and recycled composite pavers.

National Nail Corp. is expanding its CAMO brand to include CAMO Exterior Screws comprised of Premium Deck, Structural, Composite/Capstock and Stainless screws.

“From the beginning, our plan has been to offer the market a complete line of deck fasteners from a brand the industry identifies with,” said Scott Baker, President and CEO at National Nail Corp. “The expansion of our industry leading CAMO Fasteners brand to include one of the most complete offerings of deck fasteners is consistent with this plan.”

Madison, Wis.-based Wolf Appliance introduced its largest grill to date -- a 54-in., 51,000 Btu unit with five stainless steel burners. 

An optional side burner for high heat and preparing side dishes is available and packs 25,000 Btu into the outdoor configuration.

The company says the product is a response to consumer demand for more variety in outdoor grills.
