Rocky’s Ace Hardware got its final approval to build a new store in Westfield, Mass., after resolving issues with the local planning board, according to an article in The Republican

The new $2 million store, expected to open later this year, will be built at the rear of an existing Rocky’s location on Main Street. The old facility will be razed to make room for on-site parking, to which the planning board originally objected. Modifications to the project include fencings and plantings to screen the parking lot from public view.
