The move is part of a larger strategic shift at WOLF, which has been transitioning itself from a traditional two-step distributor into a sourcing company with its own products (in addition to those from other brands).

Craig Danielson has been named CEO of WOLF, the York, Pa.-based supplier and distributor of building products. 

Danielson assumes the role from Tom Wolf, a sixth-generation member of the founding Wolf family who announced his retirement in June in order to run for governor of Pennsylvania.

York, Pa.-based WOLF announced the promotion of Ed O’Brien to the post of VP operations.

WOLF describes itself as the largest supplier of kitchen and bath cabinets in the United States and a leading provider of building products along the East Coast. The company says the move, along with the promotion of Mike Sessinger, will help it achieve an expanded service area and help evolve its strategic focus.

Both Sessinger and O’Brien will report to WOLF president Brad Kostelich.

He will be responsible for driving sales for the entire organization and coordinating all regional vice presidents. 

The company describes itself as “the largest supplier of kitchen and bath cabinets in the U.S. and a leading provider of building products along the East Coast.”

Sessinger will report to WOLF president Brad Kostelich.

Tom Wolf, the CEO of York, Pa.-based cabinet supplier WOLF, throws his hat in the gubernatorial ring.

Tom Wolf, CEO of York, Pa.-based WOLF, announced that he is running for governor of the Keystone State.

According to an Associated Press story, the 64-year-old former state revenue secretary emphasized his success in turning around The Wolf Organization in his initial announcement. Wolf is seeking the 2014 Democratic nomination and pledged to spend $10 million of his own money in pursuit of his goal, according to the AP.

The restructuring will result in a reduction in the number of business units from 13 to seven for the company that said it is continuing its transition from a traditional distributor to "an innovative new supply-chain model."

This approval was issued following product testing by ATI Evaluation Services, a division of Architectural Testing, which measures product performance for 90 of the top 100 U.S. building product manufacturers, the company said.

During the “Go Pro CXT Railing Rebate,” contractors will receive a $100 Visa card for every $500 they spend on CXT Railing. Purchases must be made by Sept. 30.

CXT Railing is available exclusively from independent dealers in Wolf's service area of 18 East Coast states.

York, Pa.-based WOLF ramped up production of its WOLF PVC Decking – less than six months after the January 2011 introduction of the line, the company announced Tuesday.

WOLF President Craig Danielson said independent dealers who have evaluated the product have increased demand for the decking "dramatically," he said. 

In addition to expanding production of WOLF PVC Decking, the company has added three new colors of PVC Porch – complementary products to WOLF PVC decking that include quarter-round, fascia and bull-nose trim.

York, Pa.-based Wolf, major supplier of kitchen cabinets, announced it will distribute Deckorators' full line of railing systems, balusters, post covers and caps to dealers within Wolf's 18-state East Coast footprint.    

The move takes effect March 1.

Deckorators is a brand of low-maintenance rail systems, aluminum and glass balusters, rail posts and caps, and lighting kits. Deckorators rail systems are code approved (CCRR  - 0161) and guaranteed by a lifetime warranty against chips, checks, cracks and peels.
